This event is scheduled for the 19th of June, from 12:30 to 13:30—perfectly timed for your lunch break.
Kirsty Swan, who qualified as a solicitor in 2008, recently joined RWK Goodman in their Bristol office, contributing her extensive expertise to the firm's expanding employment team. Kirsty is celebrated for her practical and comprehensible legal advice across all areas of employment law.
With a decade of experience in Commercial Law, Kirsty brings a wealth of knowledge in drafting legal documents and contracts, handling pre-action and litigation processes, and advising business owners, senior leadership teams, and HR professionals. Her proficiency spans everyday employment issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, sickness absence, and performance management, as well as more complex matters including redundancies, restructuring, TUPE, and whistleblowing.
Additionally, Kirsty offers expert advice on restrictive covenant breaches for both employers and employees, ensuring comprehensive legal support.

“We hope to create engaging webinars that will help women further their careers, gain new perspectives, or simply have an opportunity to learn. Our aim is to always schedule these sessions over lunchtime so participants can join without interfering with their working day. These webinars are open to everyone, not just WWWF members or women.” - Louisa Clutterbuck, co-founder of Women Who Work in Fieldsports.
