WWWF Mentorship Programme

Women Who Work in Fieldsports is launching its mentorship programme in January 2025. Women Who Work in Fieldsports (WWWF) was created to establish a strong female network of women working within the fieldsport sectors. The launch of mentorship aims to help women in the industry and be supported by industry legends.

A distinguished group of role models within the sector are already on board to share their expertise and advice. Alexandra Henton, Editor of The Field Magazine, Susan Aubrey-Cound, Chairwomen of Countryside Alliance, and Sarah-Jane Laing, CEO of Scottish Land & Estates, and Paula Lester,  Managing and Features Editor of Country Life Magazine have already accepted to be mentors for WWWF members and pass on their expertise to the leaders of tomorrow.

WWWF believes that mentoring is one of the most powerful ways to inspire and empower women in the industry and are eager to have more mentors sign up. Whether you're male or female, your experience and guidance could make a real difference to someone’s career and confidence. By sharing your knowledge and offering advice, you’ll help foster a new generation of passionate, skilled women ready to break new ground in fieldsports.

As a mentor, you’ll receive complimentary membership to WWWF, joining a supportive and growing community of like-minded individuals who share your dedication to the future of fieldsports. Mentoring is a rewarding experience that offers a chance to give back while also expanding your network and perspective.

If you're interested in becoming a mentor, all it takes is a quick email to Iona, Vanessa, and Louisa at hello@womenwhoworkinfieldsports.co.uk. We would love to hear from you and welcome you to the scheme.
