Dylan, founder of the renowned Royal Berkshire Shooting School, has a rich history of leadership and expertise in the rural and shooting industries. His career spans three decades, including serving on the committees of the Country Land and Business Association and the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust. Since the Royal Berkshire Shooting Group was acquired by James Purdey and Sons in 2018, Dylan has continued his involvement as a consultant, working closely at the Royal Berkshire Shooting School and other Grounds.

In addition to his role at RBSS, Dylan founded Pressendye Limited, a consultancy specialising in private shooting tuition, rural business support, and partnerships with national charities and premium brands. Recently, he also launched Mea Opus, a recruitment agency dedicated to the rural sector.
